Have a PowerA WIRED enhanced controller. No power

I have a PowerA WIRED enhanced controller. Tiny Tina's Wonderland controller. Got it when it first release. Now it won't power up. I tried it on 2 separate consoles & 2 different PC's. I also tried several new cords to see if that was it. No luck. Let me know if this controller is no longer able to function again. I've been using my PC controller an EasySMX X10 which works so much better but it's my PC controller and I don't like to use it on anything but my PC. Let me know what can be done otherwise I'll put it back in it's case as a shelf piece

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues with your PowerA controller. You shared that you've tried multiple cables but none of them worked.

To confirm that the issue is with your controller, try to connect it directly at the back of your motherboard and see if it will work. Make sure that you're using a cable that supports data transfer.

If it's still not working, I would recommend that you submit a request to PowerA support and have it checked for warranty, repair or replacement procedures:

The controller is wired. I'd rather not use Edge. It's an enhanced xbox PowerA controller

Hi. The controller I have is "PowerA Enhanced Wired Controller for Xbox Series X|S". There is a section for PowerA in verified controllers. It use to work for me just fine for over a year. I am not sure why suddenly it is not working. Any ideas?

The controller has a detachable usb cable.

I tried the same usb cable with another Xbox One controller and i still got disconnected with movement of the cable. I wanted to test the Enhanced Wired Controller with another usb cable but i dont have any others that fit as the controller has a slightly
different port for the cable.

I haven't used the devices myself, but there are a few things I would recommend trying.

I'd first take a look at the PowerA support site, and see if there are forms, FAQ, or support channels there that might be able to help. They'll be more focused on the specific product there, and might be able to offer more targeted support.

In addition to that, I'd check if you get the same result on a different device? A quick glance leads me to believe that they are compatbile with Windows 10, so I'd try plugging the device in there and seeing if you see the same pattern of disconnection.
That will help determine if the device is the issue, or if it's the console.
