Discus and support have a headset with a mic which works completely fine on phone. but it doesn't work in... in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; however, even that doesn't work in game chat in Warzone. can someone please help withthis using any solution? thanks! submitted by /u/omisfunny...     at the moment i dont have another headset as this one is completely fine and i spent alot of money on it but if it works with other headsets it shouldn't be the mic thats broken

    Headset and mic working fine. Turned on sytem and mute button stays on. Headset work and mic work fine but wont work when plugged into controller
    You will probably need a headset adapter to bypass the 3.5mm input which may be faulty but have a look at this Support
    article to update headset    .

    Thanks but the headset is working fine - mic works perfectly on a mobile phone. Its only 4 months old so not an age issue :-(
