Have 3 xbox controllers one is brand new wireless

I bought it directly from the Microsoft store online am playing tomb raiders and it does it on each game, how do you change sensitive I look and can't find it

Is this issue happening only with one controller (the brand new)? And it happens on all games?

Is it an original Xbox controller or a third party manufacturer controller?

Have you tried to change in-game controller sensitivity? Most games have settings to control the sensitivity of the controller toggle.

If the other two controllers are exact the same as this new one, maybe this new one is faulty and should be replaced.

If it is another model/different controller than the other two, maybe its sensitivity is just way too high from factory. Usually games have sensitivity settings on Video settings > Video sensitivity, or camera sensitivity, or even look sensitivity.

You cannot find this option on Tomb Raiders?

I think you fixed it I turn aim sensitivity all the way down and that seems to have worked on new controller will try it on others when needed, thank you very much
