I can see that you're experiencing connectivity issues with your Xbox Elite Series 2 controllers, You can try the following troubleshooting steps:



1. Make sure your controller is up to date with the latest firmware. You can do this by connecting your controller to your Xbox and going to Settings > Devices & accessories > Accessories > Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 > Device info > Firmware version.



2. Try resetting your controller by pressing and holding the Pair button on the back of the controller for 10 seconds.



3. Make sure your Xbox and controller are both up to date with the latest software updates.

There has been no confirmation if there is going to be an Elite Series 3 controller. So if you want the Elite controller, get the series 2 if you want one.

This has been an issue that Microsoft doesn't seem really interested in fixing or explaining any kind of fix for. Here is a link to a thread that was just locked without any solution.

The only solution was to hook the controller up to an actual Xbox and update it that way. So anyone who doesn't have a console is out of luck.

It's incredibly frustrating because Microsoft refuses to acknowledge the issue or provide any real help with it. For a controller that costs upwards to $200, the support for it is an absolute joke.

Look forward to consumer feedback on their Elite Controller Series 2 experience.
