Has the xbox live support representatives hung up on you 3 times in a row???

When you use the Xbox Live Support to have a "agent" call you to communicate with them about a problem you're having, the system will only allow you 3 times to speak with someone. My question is; Has anyone else had these representatives hang up on you 3 times in a row to where you now have to wait over 24hrs just to speak with someone about the problem you're having because of the limit reached on calls you can request. It was all recorded & it shows me the quality of people that are working for Xbox/Microsoft. These representatives are definitely representing poor work ethic, poor customer service, & poor quality.

Sometimes Irs accidental or you are being unreasonable like asking for a refund when you been denied or asking something that is beyond their scope like enforcement

Which like the email says only can be handled by enforcement.xbox.com thats it

Hello Bob, sorry to hear you're having trouble contacting Support.

Although I can't speak for the Advocates themselves I can say that you should still be able to set up a chat with someone via https://support.xbox.com/contact-us. Once you get to a fellow gamer ask to be escalated.

So it's acceptable when a customer asks for something unreasonable that you simply hang up on them. Good to know. That's some quality customer service right there.

"Don't call us, we'll call you!" Ha ha, in fairness to the Support Team, they've no doubt been swamped with countless enquires about the 'Black Ops II' online problems since it launched, take onyx62is' advice and be patient for they're probably at the point
of using his link for a "filter" for "genuine" concerns...
