Has rewards stopped giving points for renewing you gold

Ive been renewing for a long time now but not receiving points for me renewing my gold. Has this changed? I know from looking at how I got my rewards I used to get them since its in the break down of my rewards

Rewards has stopped recognising my Gold membership

Hello!

A couple of days ago, I noticed that my Rewards account has stopped recognising that I am a Gold member. It is saying "You could be earning x% back by going Gold", yet I have had an automatically renewing Gold membership for years. Is this
just a glitch, and will I still earn additional Gold-related rewards?

Yes. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

I think it always says "Go Gold" or Upgrade to Gold on the Rewards site even if you do, might be a glitch or something intentional, but as long as you renewed your gold it would count and give the points for how long you renewed for. Honestly, I think it
should see your Gold and change it accordingly but yea

You do qualify for Rewards points for making LIVE Gold renewals, but I believe that is 200 points for a 12 month renewal. There was a promotion for 600 MSP for renewing Gold. May I ask, how did you renew recently? Let me know and I'll have a better idea
of what promotion you qualified for. Thanks!

For support with the rewards program you need to post here forums.xbox.com/.../29.aspx

As far as not receiving the points for renewing Gold, they will not show up until your membership was supposed to end.

Example: You renew today, Gold ends in tomorrow, you will receive those points in a few days.

You renew today Gold expires in September, you wont get those points until September.

In the rewards program, when you renew a gold membership the points are not added to the pending list until the actual date of the renewal. For example, if you had gold when you added the new membership and that gold doesn't end until July 15 you will not
see those points added to the pending list until the 15th.
