    Has my device been delivered to Microsoft support


    I recently sent my xbox one elite 2 contoller off for a repair...i sent it to germany with ups and it has said its been delivered however on the devices page it still is on the order created. Please can someone tell me if they have got it or not because
    i dont know how long i have to wait before they start the service or not. They said SELLENIES have recieved it. I dont know if this helps or not but can someone please help me about this all i want is reassurance of where my controller is and how long
    it would take

    Wait so is it just a case of microsoft not displaying that it hasnt been delivered? It says in my UPS number that it has been delivered to “SELLENIES” but when i checked on the microsoft website it says it hasnt been delivered.
