Has been 6 days I can not collect or send!!gifts Once again Bingo and issues!!!!

Please help. I am able to connect to Microsoft Bingo and go into Social. I am not able to send gifts to Bingo friends. I am only able to redeem one gift at a time. This is very time consuming and not very much fun. I am getting really frustrated because
this is going on day after day. I have reset Microsoft Bingo and Xbox.

Same problem again. This time it's been 6 days. When I try to go into the social page to send/receive gifts, the page is slow to paint, at which point I get disconnected, or, the page paints and then I get disconnected. Have had this problem for 4 days now.
Any ideas?

i can send and recieve messages that message has been popping up for the past 6 days
