    Has anyone successfully managed to speak to an agent


    My Xbox X 3 months old would not update games or update console, I performed a full reset as suggested and now it will not allow account sign in. A circle appears and then it just goes back to you need to sign in screen, no error message.

    I contacted the store I bought it from and they won't help me as they said I need to contact Microsoft and I have had zero success in doing so. Every time I go to the request a call prompts it tells me its unable to process request even through it's within hours. I have tried easily 15 times and am getting increasingly frustrated.

    That's odd because this usually happens for device purchases only but for rare cases, it should only take 24 hours to update.

    It will be through the support site but I can definitely help you. May I ask what is the exact issue that you're experiencing with the GTA V Shark Cards so I can guide you with the necessary steps?

    That's not good news..... what can be done to speed up this process... I would rather have the money credited to my gta5 online account. But I believe this problem will persist. I have read dozens of comments online where people have had exactly the same problem..
