Has anyone received an answer about the bingo game shutting down

Happy to help troubleshoot if you are still running into this issue!

Are you running into this issue on Windows 10 or a console?

With the console be sure to send us your Detailed network stats, and with a Windows 10 PC send us your Xbox app's network settings info including NAT.

Do you see the same issue with or without a wired connection to your router or gateway?

To be sure everything is set with the app on Windows 10 let's have you follow these steps:

1. Open the settings app.
   
2. Navigate to System/apps.
   
3. In the system sub-menu, navigate to Apps and Features
   
4. Search for the app in question.
   
5. After selecting the app, select advanced options.
   
6. Tap reset.
7. You may now re-open the app once more
   

Be sure to do this with the Xbox App and the Game.

As already mentioned,the servers for Microsoft Bingo were shut down last month so the game will no longer work.

Bingo is now shut down, hence why you cannot get on it.

bingo was delisted off the store last october and the servers fully shut down beginning of april this year, the game is gone, also all other casual microsoft games have been shut down on anything lower than windows 10.

about an hour ago I played a game of bingo, and just like this morning it froze after selecting end game instead of an additional 5 more numbers. Every time it froze it was after choosing 5 more numbers a few times and end game on the 3rd or 4th time-it
freezes. however on the game I played at about 8:30 pm I had 22 bingos and 1 power number, several keys and suitcases and it froze, I did not receive the points earned, nothing it froze for about 20 minutes, made all the other programs I had open unresponsive,
went to a blank screen and took me shutting the computer down for any response from my PC. I really wish the hang times and glitches would be fixed or a bingo for Windows 10 be provided. just wow
