Has anyone made sense of the Forza Horizon 5 premium add on?

Hi JIMMMMA, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

You will indeed get early access once you purchased the Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle. Make sure that the transaction is completed by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and once confirmed.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Make sure that the bundle is also installed by going to manage games and add-ons then clicking the game icon, choosing "Install All".

After a call to Microsoft support, you must have your own game pass subscription for early access. Early access will not work if game pass is being shared with you.

Might be worth resetting the console as sometimes they need a little help.

First try powering off your console, unplugging it for 5 minutes then plugging it in again and restarting.

If that doesn't work, then a hard reset may be in order...follow the guide on this page:

You can choose to keep your games and apps and just reset the Operating System etc
