    So my xbox stopped working couple weeks ago it wouldn't turn on. I sent it off for repair under warranty to Microsoft in Germany. I got the xbox back yesterday and the issues hasn't been resolved. It turned on for a split second then immediately turned off and now it will not turn back on at all. Has anyone else had this issue? I've tried contacting customer support but literally cannot get through nor is there a number to call as it tells me just to go to the website. If anyone can help that would be much appreciated

    It had a defected bumper and i sent it back still under warranty and they said they shipped my package but i dont have it.

    got a good question...

    I still figure they would at least fix it for a fee. If i read correctly it said the warranty is void and will be sent back only if it has been tampered with...i was seeing if anyone had experience with this. I can fix it myself, it will just take a lot
    of work (sodering wires, etc.)

    Xbox Slim Error.

    IF you have tried to unplug the xbox's power, then plug back in, and still get the red led, you will need to contact Xbox, could be a hardware issue and may need sent back if it still under warranty,
