Has anyone had resolutions to complaints to xbox?

First of all I have had ongoing issues for to long. Now Lex from xbox support contacted me in October 23, issue was never solved from xbox support. The only way to be able to solve it was to spend more money after paying monthly ultimate game pass fees for over 6 months and not having the ability to use my xbox x. I tried everything, and now going to consumer affairs but when I contact xbox support via email I get no responses.

I ask if there is no direct all back or email only the community help readily available then what support do they give to help when paying monthly fees of $19 and after investing in the console to only have so many issues to have to power cycle it, oh reset it oh reset your internet oh default reset your device oh change routers (because everyone has multiple routers at home from their internet provider) oh swap the console oh just ignore the issue.

Xbox is such a poor service not I have got my cousin, nephew, work college and 2 friends to go PS5 not xbox.

So I don't believe that a supervisor contacted me yet.

when I asked for a refund well still waiting the non-answered question.

What a joke xbox has become

Just imagine if I was not an electrician and didn't try changing ports, changing cables, doing comms checks on my network wiring.

Imagine paying fir that also only to not have a resolution but to spend more money to solve an issue that occurred sometime mid-year last year after some updates. My kids wont go xbox now so there is another 3 people and it will only get bigger. I love to be public about the lack of support the provide.

Has anyone else had a lack of support that they give up?

Guess they give up and throw over $1000 in the bin.
