    Has anyone had any success re game stalling and losing their points or getting a refund from Microsoft...have been trying several hours and all I get is being bounced here there and never getting anywhere

    Disputing Previous Game Purchases

    Hello! I've recently been banned from Xbox Live and can no longer play the games that I've purchased. I'm wondering if anyone has had any success disputing charges from Microsoft because these business practices are absolutely unacceptable. Before anyone
    comments with their concerns of me getting banned for starting a credit dispute, mind you I am already banned, so I could care less. But does anyone think it's worth the time calling the bank, has anyone had success disputing charges from Microsoft before?

    I've been trying to re-install Xbox Mahjong & Microsoft solitaire on my computer & keep getting the error message OxC03F00d. When I contact the company I end up with thethi virtual assistant who seems to have no idea what I'm talking about. Has anyone
