    Please do not reply. This was sent from an unmonitored address

    The Xbox Safety team has found that recent behavior by the Xbox profile based on your email address violated one or more terms of the Community Standards for Xbox or Microsoft Services Agreement.

    The violation was either brought to our attention by complaints from other players or discovered in the course of moderating the Xbox service. Members of the Xbox team have reviewed evidence of the violation and appropriate consequences.

    Hello my case review is XBOX:04202971 can microsof agents help it or look at it again. İ had so much work and spent money in here. İ dont know what i’ve done. İ sumbit for case review but it was denied. Thank you

    Family packs

    Do you, or any of the others that shared the plan receive any emails from Microsoft?

    The emails would say from Xbox or Xbox Live.

    I checked through one of my other accounts that use to be part of the Family Plan and it has an email notice about the conversion dated mid-October. The emails were sent to anyone in a Family Plan, not just the main account holder.

    Unfortunately there's not much that can be done at this point since the Plan option on the 360 has been completely removed. Take comfort in the fact that the pricing for the Family Plan cost less than 2 gold subscriptions. If you had 3 accounts signed up,
    you still received three subscriptions for well under the retail price.

    Xbox Advanced Exchange Issue

    Since XBOX falsely charged my debit card and I had to call support, 11 days have passed. I have yet to receive a refund.

    Here is all that has been done:

    March 5, 2015 -

    I received an email from a customer advocate. The email came in 6:43PM EST. I replied to the email with all the information requested about 15 minutes after I had received the email.

    March 9, 2015 -

    I received a phone call and another email from the same customer advocate. This time he contacted me a bit earlier, about 5:30PM EST. Unfortunately, I was not able to respond until about 7:30PM EST. He seemed confused about the issue and so I had to send
    him the SN of my console to help clear things up.

    I have not had any additional communication with anyone on the issue since March 9th. I feel as though Microsoft and Xbox do not care if I get my money back at this point.

    Trouble getting Xbox email

    I haven't received emails like this even though Black Friday has started, but I believe they are not sending it to anyone, the last email I received was one about Xbox cloud gaming (Xcloud) that arrived in my country recently.

    Having said that I believe they are no longer updating about these things by email, only issues about events, since the last email you received.
