Has anyone experienced the LFG ban bug ?

This is a technical issue. I have spoken with many people that got insta banned for an LFG post. An instant comm ban. This bug has also been confirmed by new accounts with no history of use or infractions. Do not say the ban could be something the player
did a long time ago when the account is new. It is being triggered by posting LFG and then receiving xbox live system message.

Microsoft is not responding. Check reddit, check google, check twitter, there are dozens of complaints. Somebody really messed up and a lot of players are being auto banned by microsofts enforcement bots.

Stop locking my topic, and blocking the replies. I am certain there are many players who pay a lot of hard earned money and then spend hours trying to figure out why they cannot play or talk to friends. This is a very stressful issue, for many players,
because of this ban bug.

This is a bug. I have seen the error message pop up on my group posting, and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the group post.

I haven't experienced it myself, but then again, I don't make LFG posts that often at all. I've also seen a couple posts on here and Reddit saying they've been hit with the suspension when making a LFG post.

Obviously there is some kind of issue; although, I don't know if it's being investigated yet (I haven't seen anything official about it).

Wow finally yesterday, Microsoft enforcement admitted making a ban mistake snd offered 1 week of free xbox live.

After being told over and over again that it was not a glitch it was not an accident , I must have done something wrong they finally admit it was a huge mistake.

It's this type of customer service that leaves players in the lurch, that is going to create a mass Exodus over to Sony playstation. This leaves the consumer with no choices no refunds and no feedback from Microsoft.

It is completely unacceptable for Microsoft enforcement to keep blaming the players and saying they must have done something wrong in the past and deny deny deny.

I personally wasted days trying to figure out what I did wrong why I'm banned and the truth is 2 accounts got banned for the same reason just because I posted a looking for game group posting.

Thankfully not, I haven't posted any LFG's lately, and don't intend to for a little while at least.

Hi there,

My best advice would be to hold down the Guide button and choose 'Report a Problem'. If enough people do this, it will likely come up as a trending issue on Xbox's internal report ticket system and be dealt with asap.
