If everything is up-to-date and you're still getting the same issue, please repair and reset your Microsoft Store and Xbox app then restart your computer before attempting to install a game:

After getting in touch with Microsoft. It seems that this game has an issue with VPN's or something. Seems like it's working for me now, to anyone that runs into this issue, if you have this same issue for any game. Use a VPN, then download it, and leave
it for abit, then change servers, after that it should work. I eventually turned it off, and now it's downloading. Poor service, but excellent customer service.

Try to delete the cache of the game in your storage settings and try to download the game again. I had problems installing a game yesterday but after restarting my xbox it was downloading again.

Will Update steps. I forgot to mention that before starting this process I already had XBox App, Game Services and XBox Live Apps uninstalled. So after Microsoft store repaired itself I downloaded them again.

i will post in here to see if someone has an answer, this its the second time the I had this problem and I don't want to solved the same way, last weekend when the live service went offline, i couldn't get sign in on my console creating a bigger issue for
me because i couldn't see or access any of my apps, games savings, and i couldn't access my removable drive. After they fix the service I had to download my profile, and I had to download all my apps again, I lost all my game savings, and I had to set up again
my removable drive losing everything. As you can imagine XBOX was offline sometime yesterday, and I have the same nightmare again now, i don't want to lose everything again, and start from zero. Can anyone tell me if there its an alternate solution to this?
