Has anyone else got problems with the Xbox App on their Samsung TV?

Hey! There is currently an outage affecting Xbox Cloud Gaming. You may have trouble starting cloud games or be unexpectedly disconnected from a game after it begins. This is currently being investigated.

There's been an update for the Xbox App as of Feb. 3, 2020 but party chat still has the same problem for me. I'm using it on the Samsung galaxy S10. If its working for anyone else with an S10 please post.

It has something to do with my tv and xbox connection. I switched the console to a different tv and it seems to be fine now. It's odd though bc it has been connected to the same tv with no problems since we got it? (TV is a new Samsung.)

I'm having this same exact problem. Samsung HDTV (UN55D6900WF) and an Samsung HTIB (HT-D5300). The Xbox 360 is connected to the TV via HDMI and the TV is connected to the HTIB via HDMI and an optical audio cable. Randomly, the audio will just completely
cut out and I have to cycle through the inputs or turn the HTIB off and back on. This seems to only be affecting newer games. I've spent hours in Mass Effect and Halo: Reach without a single problem but Gears of War 3 and now RAGE both present this problem.
Turning off the HTIB and using the TV's, I haven't run into the problem at all. I'd love to hear if anyone else is/was having this problem as well and if anyone has any work arounds that don't eliminate the 5.1 surrounds sound, that would also be great.

Been seeing similar problems on a couple of Samsung TVs. Once it starts, there doesn't seem to be any way to fix it, including full resets and even firmware updates on the TV. Spent hours on support with both Samsung and Microsoft to no avail. No-one has
a solution that has worked. Anyone anywhere who has found a solution, please respond!
