    Has anyone else found a solution to multiple bans for the same message?


    Iwas banned for the same message a couple weeks apart. The exact same message. I had a 4 day ban I served it, became unbanned played for a week or so, and then randomly while in the middle of game play get hit with another ban for the same message. Appeal was denied and there's no reason given why??? Why am I being penalized for the same message twice??

    Sony will not allow you to change the connected MS account from the first one that was connected. This is their policy and MS has no control over it. You need to ask them to change it.
