Has anyone else been having problems with Friday 13th game on Xbox one playing right now

I understand you need help on your game issue.

Most of the time when you get this error, this is an issue with their server most especially on your account. Do you have another account that you can use to play the game? Just to check if that works.

You can also try doing a reset on the console to see if this helps.

Let's refresh the console's system cache.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

It just started today Friday 6/16/23 but yesterday it worked fine.

This has been an ongoing issue since they turned off the dedicated servers due to low use.

You need to contact the developer, but it's essentially abandoned at this point since they lost the ability to add new content to the game

Thanks for doing it. Have you already tried using a different account to see if it works? Just to check if this is not network related.

Friday the 13th the game, cant seem to want to play anything else. For the meanwhile! lol
