    Has anyone attempted a factory reset?


    Regarding the Xbox One X 4k recording problem, has anyone tried a complete and total factory reset yet to see if that fixes the problem?

    It's the last thing I have yet to try, but I want to hold off if others haven't had success. Already deleted so many games from my hard drive to see if space was part of the issue (it wasn't), and going through re-installing so much will be a nightmare if it's all for nothing.

    Thank you for the response. I will attempt this after work. I have already tried a power cycle, but have yet to try a factory reset. I’ll report back with the findings.

    I’m still curious if anyone else has had this problem.
