Has anyone actually had help with the call back service for Xbox support?

I have have also had experience of xbox's support terrible customer service this week, to the point where I have actually just given up on them. The system they use to actually speak to someone on the phone is just broken, I'm convinced they make it as difficult
as possible so they dont actually have to speak to you, and if you do by some stroke of luck actually get somebody to call you back (seriously why cant you just call them direct??) The call 'accidentally' gets disconnected!

I've always been xbox and owned every console but this experience has totally put me off them to the point I think I'm going Playstation next gen, no idea how good Sony support is but it cant be anywhere near as bad as the experience I've had the last couple
of days from MS

You will need to check if you had been banned from xbox services. You will need to call the microsoft support phone number if your account has been banned and beg them to turn it back on.

Call customer support. I had this happen to me. They only had to freeze my account for 2 days pending their investigation. Very professional service, and I actually got back slightly more MSP than were stolen (hackers spent 1440, I got back 1600).

Just forget about getting a call back. I don't know anyone in real life that actually has been called back so I have no faith in that system.
