    I have been receiving notifications about a person with the gamertag named Lumin210. I don't know who this person is, I have NEVER been friends with this person, none of my friends are friends with this person, I even have this person blocked and I'm still receiving notification everytime they get online and when they start broadcasting. I have NEVER even talked to this person, I blocked them after I randomly started receiving notifications about them and even though I have them blocked, I am STILL receiving notifications everytime they get online or start broadcasting. I also think Lumin210 is a moded/hacked account because I will receive several notifications sometime 10 separate notifications that they have gotten online all in under 5 minutes. I have reported this account to xbox numerous times and nothing gets done! I receive the same notifications both on my Xbox and on my phone from the Xbox App. Since this person is blocked I shouldn't be receiving anything about them but I still am. I did a live chat with xbox help chat and they told me to report it to xbox insiders. This was in the link they messaged me.
