    Has anybody else gotten questionable suspensions?


    I am truly at a loss for words and I’m completely mind boggled…. I made a group post warning others of a scammer; only to have my account banned for 4 days! I tried to appeal but it was denied…. What is going on at Xbox support?

    I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

    To help you, I would recommend signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to get more details and if you have already submitted a case review you may need to wait for the enforcement action to end.

    LFG posts are only meant for looking for others to play a game with. Posting anything other than that, usually does end with a suspension. They're not meant to be a warning system. If you know of someone scamming, report them so the enforcement team can take care of them.
