Hardware support xbox serviced and came back without controller or power cable

they state when booking that they need the console only, you will need to contact support to see what they can do.

I have send my Xbox and my power supply, and i receive only my Xbox. The power supply send only a few day later.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have an issue with a repair. Unfortunately, you will need to wait 10 days for the order to clear. At that time you can then request a call from support and they will assist you further. If you call
now, and just got the console back support will tell you to wait 10 days.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Do you have any other controllers to test if they are working fine? What happens if you remove the batteries and play with the controller connected directly with a USB cable? The Xbox can power a controller without batteries attached.

If it works without issue with the cable, it might indicated a fault with the controller's wireless hardware.
