"Hardware problem - Not connected - Your network isn´t set up"

    "Hardware problem - Not connected - Your network isn´t set up"


    Suddenly my Xbox One isn´t connecting to the W-Lan anymore. This happened over night, without me even touching the Xbox so I can´t imagine it being broken hardware. Is this issue known, and if so is there an easy fix?

    The only error message I get when I test the network connection is:

    Hardware problem

    - Not connected

    - Your network isn´t set up

    As I said, I genuinly have no clue why this is happening. I didn´t even touch the Xbone, nor did I tinker with my network settings on the Router.

    Same problem for me. The Xbox One refuses to recognize my wireless network and tell´s me it´s the wrong network password.

    It isn´t because 3 Iphones, 3 Ipads, two separate TV-sets and one PC finds the networks AND recognizes the same password.

    This must be and hardware issue with the Xbox One!?

    Sadly i have to say that the problem isn´t gone today, I even tried it with another Wifi network. No changes.

    wireless connection

    regarding the fact, that the new Xbox also isn´t connecting to your WiFi i would say the Xbox isn´t the problem. Check your router WLAN settings, especially your WLAN-Access code. Make sure you have the right key to connect.

    What about other devices in your network - do they have a working connection to your WiFi?

    If so, check the above mentioned and reset your network settings in your XBox and try again.

    It isn`t the power or enviroment. The Baby becomes the power straight out the wall and stands alone on a Podest. I don`t think that it is a Hardware Problem.
