I've tried LB+RB+X and L3+X BUT they don't work

While the pad is connected, the accessories app does not show any action when pressing buttons (X,Y,A,B, RB, LB, R3, L3, DPAD, START, SELECT, SHARE).

RT and LT, as well as RS and RS work properly.

I have already tried removing the device in the way that you describe.

I have no way to pair the device with the phone via bluetooth - after turning on the controller, pressing the sync button does nothing no matter how many times i tried (pressing and holding)

I do have an OTG cable through which I connected it to the phone - triggers and sticks work properly, while all the buttons do not.

Settings -> System -> System Info, now type each one of these codes then a prompt will come up asking to rest the xbox to default, if none of them work, you'll need to call Xbox Support at 1800-4MY-Xbox.:

You could try deleting the system update by going to where you delete system cache but instead of clicking Y, click, in order, LB,RB,X,LB,RB,X.
