Hardspace shipbreaker freezing everytime I turn on xbox and use quick resume!

Hardspace shipbreaker was fine, but a coupe of day ago, the game just freezing everytime I turn on xbox series x and use the quick resume! I just doesn't understand why the game has broken, because it hasn't any new update. And, if I turn of xbox series x, and the game does not save, I just loose my progress. I was wandering, if it broke entire memory of my xbox? I had delete the game and reinstall it, and turn of xbox by the buton for 10 seconds or more, and nothing happening unless the game still freezing. I had to tell you that I just buy that xbox because I am waiting Bethesda's Starfield, and in my ps5 if a game broke, an information is send to sony, you will improve some like that. It is frustating microsoft.

Many games are extremely buggy with Quick Resume, and it's up to their developers to address that.

Turning off QR is currently not an option, but being explorered

Make sure you hit start and go to "quit" before turning off your Xbox to avoid QR issues

When you experience a crash, hold the Xbox button on the controller and go to "report a problem"

Every word you reply doesn't responds nothing about the game that frozen every time it is put in second, to use another app like tv streaming (hbo, amazon prime video, star+ or disney). The aplication of support came with xbox series x here, and it's does not works too.

I had reinstall hardspace shipbreaker, and reset by the on/off buton the xbox, and the game still freezing.

I kown the process of ssd, but you had to admit that the size of memory necessary for this game is not the total that xbox series x have.

For ps3, it was just a exemple, and it's awfull "cell processor" (nothing unique, just a power pc based, good for map analysing) was just for ilustrating my angry, man it was a fithteen years or more.

Well, here we go (...), if you are in a program on your pc (if you are human and you have a pc and a body), and you minimize it to use another activity (anything that are not your program) the program goes to the second plan or background (ou segundo plano no bom português, you name it).

The game has no messege of error, it just freezing after open! The only thing that is possible is close hardspace shipbreaker. And the worst, I had ask for refund and was denied. The idea of sell games that are broken is horrible! If I had known that this game was unfinished and it will freezing my xbox, I never had buy it. I had to ask you, what part of game freezing after open it you doesn't understand?
