    Why I can’t customize my avatar in my Xbox 360? And also when i turn on my console its too long to get to my home screen, then my hard drive says its unformatted, but when i format it ITS STILL THE SAME now I can’t use my hardrive.. i tried to remove my
    hardrive then everything went back to normal but I still can’t customize my avatar it always says that i need an update or something pls help:<

    Nope not even that I really don’t get it it shows that the hardrive is on I tired everything. I think it’s a problem with the hardrive. Thanks for trying to help

    It sounds like this could be either a hardrive or connection problem.

    You should first make sure your hardrive is all the way on your console, and maybe clean it out if it looks a bit dusty.

    You can try a different account, to see if your account is damaged in anyway. Check your hardrive to see if your profile is not corrupted.

    But, most likely, your hardrive is damaged.
