    I had a bunch of gameplay clips on my hatddrive of my xbox S which i have viewed many times which have within the last 3 months gone missing.

    i still have stuff on xbox live i uploaded and clips over 100+ days old but nothing left on my console over 10 days old.

    this is utterly disappointing to no end, i had ceeste game clips in here which i had planned to save to rewatch later and have on many previous occasions.I believe i had some hollowknight vids and i definitely had some dead cells videos . ALL GONE.

    this sucks to be blunt and ive already been on the fence for jumping ship to PS nation though ive always been an xbox person. Ive had 4 xbox 360s , a day one xbox one and an xbox S.

    I have read some post from major nelson saying gameclips on live with zero views would be auto deleted butall my clips had been viewed for sure

    the celeste clips wouldve been from around april of 2018,deadcells from late september in 2018 and hollowknight from october of 2018 though im not positive i ahd HK clips

    Any help would be appreciated

    To help clarify:

    • Did you save the clips to an external, OneDrive, or internal hard drive of the console?
    • Have you logged into your account on a PC at Xbox.com to review your online captures?

    I had these clips i mentioned uploaded to icloud as well and they are gone. there is some typw of bug removing clips which should not be removed

    Microsoft should revise this to work the way it was before, this is terrible as far as the user experience is concerned.

    If i had a car and the wheels fall off when making a left turn someone telling me to “just make right turns then” would not be a satsfactory response.
