    Hard reset not working need help


    Had to do a hard reset on nephews Xbox but during the reset it went up to 62% then error code ( system error code e203 0000080F 800701E7) tried all the options to see if they would work but same error code n same 62% just seeing if there is any suggestions ? Would plugging an Ethernet cable in help the up

    Hi,

    if the hard reset doesn't help a factory reset often works !

    You can keep the games but you need a new download of your account.

    Forced to turn console on with the controller

    You might need to perform a hard reset on the console, and clear the system cache. Also perform a hard reset on the controller (for extra troubleshooting).

    If that doesn't work, and it needs to be replaced, your console should be under warranty. The Xbox One was released in November, and they all have a 1 year warranty.

    Hey,

    sometimes izt helps to connect the Xbox with LAN. Once they have have communicated the wifi works better.

    If that doesn't work you might need to perform a router hard reset while the Xbox is ON.

    or power strip. Also, if you're using an external drive, we recommend transferring it to your internal drive and unplugging the external drives. These steps should help with this issue.
