    X1 console does not offer to download / install anything to run Fallout3. Reboot changes nothing.

    Where is the buy digital download for this game on XBOX ONE Store?

    The digital copy is not yet made backward compatible at the moment although it is expected to be made soon... The disc copy is backward compatible.

    So digital copies you own on your 360 will pop up in the que on your XBOX ONE! 360 hard discs you own that are backward compatible, you can pop them right in the one and they will down load to your ONE! Keep in mind games on your 360 that are backward
    compatible and bc hard discs, you want to make sure the save data is on the cloud for those games. If not copy save data to the cloud, so you can continue those games on your one!
