    on April 18th I got a harassments suspension on my account and I didn't even do anything to get it I was already banned on the 17th so I couldn't talk to anyone or text anyone as it was. I was playing gta in the morning with my friend in small game of 5 people me my buddie and 3 random people. me and my buddie were doing cargo, I killed one kid bc he came up to me and I thought he was gonna blow up my cargo then about 30 mins later I got off till 10:30pm and realized I had got this suspension and it started at 4:42 when I wasn't even at home my Xbox was just on id like to know how i got this harassment suspension

    Most likely someone would have reported you and the enforcement team did an investigation and found you did something to violate the code of conduct. Suspensions are not always issued the same day the action took place so it could have been for something that took place days or weeks before.
    Okay i get that but even if it was from something in the past it wouldn’t have been a harassment suspension. I haven’t even really done anything too get a harassment suspicion I do stand your grounds in gta and people come too them so it’s not my fault if they keep coming too get it and I kill them because im better then them

    I think Enforcement team should make a thing where there 2 sides of the story you should get a change too explain yourself for the report someone put on you yk kinda like court how there’s always 2 sides to the story yk

    see what i mean they need yoo fix or update the way we get suspended or banned there should be 2 sides of the story

    If someone harasses you on xbox live or violates the Code of Conduct you can report that person or block him from further harassment. Retaliating is object to suspensions.

    That being said the enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues
