    Hello, is there anyway I can get support on this? A few users met me in-game, and decided to team-kill, and then start harassing me. One friended me so he could spam my account and get me banned. Any help?

    friend suspended his chats of one of his friends by reporting him

    hollowconch5748 was suspended falsely he has not sent any hate messages I'm a xbox live ambassador can he be unbanned from his chat

    My sons Gamertag.

    nope only if his tag is against the code of conduct but you can always block communications with the users sending the harassment, also report those said users so they don't do it again. and worst case you can set his profile to friends only so only those
    on his friend list can send messages to him.

    Sorry to hear about your problems. You will need to report the players by going to recently played and finding their gamertags and report them. Also, Report all the messages you from the user. then Block the user with the block function. Also do not
    replay to any communications from them.

    Pay $10 to change your son's gamertag and then don't tell anyone (especially the mutual friend who might be allowing the harassment to happen)! Alternatively, you could ask the mutual friend to remove the harassing individuals from his/her friends list too
    or simply remove the mutual friend as JPep has already suggested.

    Changing settings to friends only will indeed stop the harasser from contacting the one person that changes those settings, but surely you can agree more should be done to prevent them harassing others? Especially when the harassment crosses lines that
    break laws?

    THEOWENKILLER, has given the right answer... Block messages, to only friends etc..

    If this person, harasses you, in a game.. Then, go to his/her profile & avoid the player in question... Also, File Complaint & report harassment on profile too...
