a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox One is on.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with your console connecting to the internet.
Without knowing more about the issue, I would suggest the following:

1. Turn off the console and unplug it for 30 seconds. This clears cache.

2. Use our
Xbox One Wireless Network Connection Solution to troubleshoot should you not be able to see your wireless network.

3. Finally, please do a factory reset keeping games and apps, as this refreshes the entire console from many problems:

Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps". (requires account redownload).



Side Note: It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.



To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;in middle column at the top it will say "show on home"
if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.
