try this, go back to home screen quit the app via options button on controller, then relaunch it will then work (did for me anyway)

A lot of times when you start a game that is not fully installed it will wait to pull in the rest of the data. Exit to the home screen, go to the Crimson Dragon tile, hit your menu button, then select Quit. After quitting the game, relaunch it and it should
load all data and work properly.

This sounds like COD MW has crashed on you and has lead you back to the home screen. You should be able to relaunch the game and start playing again! Has this happened to you multiple times before?

I have the same issue with my Sony HDR and 5.1 Vizio sound bar hooked up via the ARC HDMI port. For me it always seems to happen when I’m playing a game in HDR and go to the home screen to check on something else. It’s almost as if switching in and out of
HDR stops the sound completely for me. I’ve tried it on uncompressed and bitstream with multiple games. It’s downright infuriating to pay this much money for something so buggy.

Let me ask, when you press B, what is it you're trying to do or expecting to happen?

Typically, the way the operating system on the One works is, when you press B, it backs out of what you're currently doing (so, closes a snapped app, goes to previous screen, etc.) OR, it goes to the previous thing you were doing. On the Home screen, it
should go back to whatever the last app/game was that was running. For example, if I'm in a game, go back to home, then press B, it "goes back" to the game, since that was the last active thing. (And yes, even if the game is physically closed using the Start-Quit
method, it will simply relaunch the game.) If I'm in a game, then switch to Activity Feed, pressing B would return me to the game.

If I'm Home, launch one App, then go back home, then launch another app, then go back home, pressing B should return to the most recent App (unless I'm mistaken, or they've changed B to be the "back to game" button.)

Let us know what it is you're trying to do (maybe give us specific steps like, 1. I do this, 2. I press B, 3. Game launches.)
