    Köpte nyligen en Xbox One X och har problem med att det inte går att spela trådlöst. Handkontrollen tappar i tid och otid kontakten med konsolen. Har kontrollerat att batterierna är laddade. Provade även att byta batterier. Men problemen kvarstår.

    [Translation - Recently purchased an Xbox one X and have a problem with it not being able to play wirelessly. The controller drops in time and season the connector with the console. Have verified that the batteries are charged. Also tried to replace
    the batteries. But the problems remain.]

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds like the controller is losing connection with the Xbox One console. I definitely understand how frustrating this issue can be. What I recommend doing is attempting the troubleshooting steps listed
    by the ambassador. As well definitely try performing a
    power cycle on the console    . As well is the console up to date?
