Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the Xbox App?



Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:



1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.



Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

Thanks for your response. Have you made sure to sign into the account you purchased Halo Wars 2 on in the Xbox application? Try reinstalling Halo Wars 2 to begin troubleshooting, to do so, check out this article:

Hi Ezra,

This is what I tried already. I fully reinstalled HaloWars2 and downloaded all updates from the store. 31 GB. Then I started HaloWars2 again and my profile was not mapped. The game asked to login to Xbox live. Here my microsoft account I used before was
denied and I always get this error message with the code 0x80070002. I also tried a wsreset and restarted my PC, this also did not help.
