(Halo Waypoint seems to be broken) (Xbox+PC Issue)

I attempted to contact multiple official Halo social media pages first to bafflingly get banned without a word from their page and even banished from an entire social media platform for reporting a bug in a post. I assume this is my fault as there must be some rule somewhere prohibiting it since waypoint exists.

Waypoint itself seems to be inoperable completely throwing this line up at me usually wherever I am and whatever machine I am on so it seems to be an issue on their end.

Bizarre thing that happens too is that it logs me into random Xbox accounts (As seen above with an unknown email) sometimes it seems but the UI is completely inoperable so there is nothing I can do further and it logs me out after about a minute.

I have read other posts similar and ones with this same issue, who do I contact to report my "In-Game bug", this waypoint service has seemed to be broken for quite a while and this surely needs to be passed down the chain.

No..the issue isnt being unable to contact the official social media pages for help since there is no help to be found there.

Halo Waypoint is broken and I cannot login to even use the ticketing system, that is the issue along with the details I listed above with its errors.

My game is broken and unplayable and I need to report a bug but it seems the Halo Waypoint website needs to be fixed first.

It is possible that there is a temporary problem with their server or there are some changes with the link. To be honest, we do not have any information about this because it happened to be a third-party support and we are not directly connected.

We tried to use this link: How to Submit a Halo Support Ticket – Halo Support (halowaypoint.com) to submit a bug. The link works in our end. We will share the steps on how to do it.

Click on Sign in.

then scroll down and click on Submit a ticket.

Then choose your issue and fill out the form.

Then click Submit.

Some of the armour has to be unlocked through Halo Waypoint where you have to input some codes. Download Halo Waypoint on your Xbox 360 and just Google on your PC "Halo Waypoint armour codes" and you will get the sites listing the codes to input into Waypoint
to unlock armour. Not sure if any of these are for the Master Chief armour though. You will have to check it out.

Sorry to hear it. However, as this seems to be an in game issue you'll need to take it up with 343 via the Halo Waypoint website.
