Halo Wars won't download

I tried to download halo wars to my xbox from my disc and it said installion stopped and it said to enter a code on xbox help. I did and it said the code was invalid. What do it do?

Halo Wars Definitive Edition Downloads on console but wont show up to download on PC

I bought the Ultimate Edition of Halo Wars 2 and put in my code and it let me download Halo Wars Definitive Edition on my xbox one but it won't show up in my library to download onto my windows 10 laptop.

So i would put in my halo wars disc in. Then i would look at the instalation progress because you have to downlaod games before you can play them. It says "Installation stopped". So then i pressed A and it brought up this message "give it another try
if this happens again let us know by entering "0x87e00011" at xbox.com/error help so we can investigate. Then it said something about using the xbox help thats like on the xbox that had nothing to help me. I entered the code it gave me into that enter error
code here thing and it came up with "Sorry no support articles found for "0x87e00011". So what do i do? Also thank you for responding to my post.

Sounds like the game is having a problem when it's looking for the update to install. Let's have you try to do a hard reset or a power cycle on the console to see if that helps with getting Halo Wars to install for you.
