    Halo Wars Ultimate - HW Definitive Edition code missing


    I bought HW 2 Ultimate on 4th January and received so far no code for the Halo Wars Definitive Edition.

    Any idea how many more weeks it takes to receive the digital download code for it?

    When you purchased your game on January 4, 2016, did you purchase a physical copy of the game or a digital copy? If you purchased a physical copy of the game, your code for the Halo Wars Definitive Edition will be included in the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition
    box when you get it.

    If you purchased a digital copy of the game, could you provide us with a screenshot of the purchase please? This will help us look into things a bit more.
