    Halo Wars Ultimate edition code hasn't came yet and I preordered before the 20th


    Hello, I know I am not the only one with this issue but I still haven't received my code for Halo Wars definitive Edition even though I did preorder before the 20th of December. I understand that the codes can take up to 10 days but I specifically preordered
    before the 20th in order to have access to it now. I would appreciate a code like thousands of others too.

    Halo Wars Definitive Edition Code is Late

    I preordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition on the 5th of December. It was stated that we'd receive the Halo Wars Definitive Edition on the 20th if we preordered before the 14th. I've still yet to receive my code.

    The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016



    So if you don't have your code after 10 days, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.

    Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition pre-order counts towards star boost?

    Since the official release date is the 20th, it will count as a pre-order until the then.
    The 21th is the official release date for Halo Wars 2 Standard Edition; the official release date for Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition is the 17th. You can buy (not pre-order) both Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition and the preorder version of it in the store now.
    So, it's mighty confusing. But to be on the safe side I'd better buy the game on the 21th. What a mess!

    Did you preorder a physical copy of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition or digital copy? If it's a physical copy, your code for the Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be in the box for Halo Wars 2. If you preordered a digital copy, you'll get a code for the Halo
    Wars DE copy to your Xbox Live message center 7-10 days after redeeming your code.
