    Hi,
    I pre ordered the Halo Wars 2 - Ultimate Edition on the 17th February and haven't received my code for the Halo Wars: Definitive Edition Win 10. Code was resent 3 days ago, still no message....

    Hello,

    I pre-ordered the Halo Wars 2 - Ultimate Edition and received a code with the game for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition on the Xbox One.

    In the store they told me that I get the Windows 10 download code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition within 10 days in my message center.

    It has been almost 3 weeks and still no code.

    I have contacted the store and they told me to contact Xbox Support.

    Requesting support regarding this issue.

    Halo Wars Definitive Edition Downloads on console but wont show up to download on PC

    I bought the Ultimate Edition of Halo Wars 2 and put in my code and it let me download Halo Wars Definitive Edition on my xbox one but it won't show up in my library to download onto my windows 10 laptop.

    Does this
    Halo Wars: Definitive Edition page     give you the option to download the game? If it does, try selecting the download option and then check the 'My library' section of the Windows Store app on your Windows 10 PC. Ensure you are signed into the Xbox Live account
    that you redeemed the code on to have that option.
