    Halo Wars Definitive: Preorder wait?


    I just paid $80 for the ultimate edition of Halo Wars 2 - to play 4 days early - and to play Halo Wars Definitive while I was waiting for the release of Halo Wars 2. Why would I have to wait 7-10 days for my code???

    The game will be out by then! What's the point of even playing it now when I can start playing 2 because I'll probably get them at the same time.

    Can I have my code now... PLEASE?!!

    Didnt received Halo Wars Definitive edition redeem code

    I purchased Halo Wars 2 definitive preorder on december 5th and I still havent received the Halo Wars code.

    I understand wanting to play the 1st game before the playing the 2nd.

    It is shown on the store in the info of the game that codes are sent 7 to 10 days after pre ordering so you can see that info before you make the purchase. The pre order has been up for sometime too (Months) so i sure there is people that have already finished
    the 1st game thanks to the offer. You do also still have some time to play the 1st

    I've got the same problem, there's no good reason why it should take this long. Why would there ever be such a huge delay on a digital purchase?!

    Did you preorder a physical copy of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition or digital copy? If it's a physical copy, your code for the Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be in the box for Halo Wars 2. If you preordered a digital copy, you'll get a code for the Halo
    Wars DE copy to your Xbox Live message center 7-10 days after redeeming your code.

    Hi there! you're right, I preorder a physical copy of the game, only because here in italy we cannot buy the limited edition in shops like Gamestop ecc.. so the only way to have it must be ebay or amazon.
