Halo Wars Definitive edition not unlocked with Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition purchase

I do not have Halo Wars Definitive edition unlocked on the windows store and it's supposed to be included with the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition purchase. Is there an additional code that I need in order to access this? I originally purchased the Ultimate
edition via shopto.net and have noticed that it gave me access to Halo Wars 2 on both Xbox One and the windows store, but for some reason I only have access to the Halo Wars Definitive edition on my Xbox One not on the windows store. I have contacted support
before and was told it should unlock in time but it has now been over 2 months since then and I still can't access it on the windows store.

I'm sorry to see any issues with Halo Wars Play Anywhere! It should be showing up in the Windows 10 Store for you. However, I've gone ahead and sent you a new code to see if that might help. Please let me know if you have any other issues redeeming it, or
if it's got you sorted out.

Note that the PC version might be located in My Library, which can be accessed by hitting your profile icon next to the Search bar in the Store, then selecting My Library.
