Halo Wars Definitive Edition key already shows as redeemed

Since the key shows as redeemed, you'll want to check your Ready to Install section to see if it was redeemed to your account properly. The game should be available for you there to install.

Hi,

Yes, I have just received a message with a code. Unfortunately, when I clicked to redeem it, it said it had already been redeemed?! And upon checking my library,
Halo Wars Definitive Edition does not show up there (strangely though, there seem to be 2 extra copies of
Halo Wars 2 there now...).
