    Halo Wars Definitive Edition - have not received any messages!


    I have received a reply from the Xbox Forum staff, after my initial post, stating that the code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition had been sent to my message center, but I have not received any such message. Please help.

    I am sorry, but I still have not received any new messages. I have checked the message center on both my Xbox one and the Xbox app on PC. Is there anything I should do to be able to receive messages?

    Have you tried checking your messages here on Xbox.com? Looks like you should have received a message Halo Wars Definitive Edition - have not received any messages! :)

    Hi,

    Yes, I have just received a message with a code. Unfortunately, when I clicked to redeem it, it said it had already been redeemed?! And upon checking my library,
    Halo Wars Definitive Edition does not show up there (strangely though, there seem to be 2 extra copies of
    Halo Wars 2 there now...).

    Ok!! The xbox windows app did not recognize the code but I just tried redeeming it through the bowser and that worked!

    Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition    , the code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will deliver within 7-10 days. If you do not receive a code after waiting more than 10 days, please be sure to post up a new thread.

    Pre-order the Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition and receive Halo Wars: Definitive Edition. The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016.
