    Hello,

    I was told by Customer Support to make a post here if we haven't received our Halo Wars code yet from pre-ordering the ultimate edition of Halo Wars 2. As I understand another wave of codes was sent last night. May I request my code manually through this
    forum?

    I pre-ordered my Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition from the digital store, but still got no code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition. Told by support to post my request here. Still waiting for my code. Any help is appreciated.

    When did you purchase Halo Wars: Ultimate Edition? As stated in the store description, codes will be delivered within 7-10 days to your Xbox Live message inbox.
