Halo Wars Definitive Edition code (lack of)

Come on guys, is it really that difficult to send out some codes? All of us waiting are clearly loyal customers who are extremely excited to play halo wars on the PC. We've paid £65 in order to play the Definitive Edition early because we just can't wait.
Doesn't that say a lot about you and your customers?

We're being completely **** over here and you guys know it. I don't want a response saying "just wait". I've waited the full 10 days already which was the promise on the Microsoft Store itself. My brother (thehornofplenty) has already posted on here about
our non-existent codes, but I thought I should probably try and grab your attention as well.

It's just straight up ridiculous and not very promising at all for the upcoming release of Halo Wars 2 and its servers.

There's obviously a way you can see that we've purchased it so why not just send a code directly to me and the people complaining about this exact problem. Failing that, at least give us an explanation as to why it takes so many days to produce codes. It
makes no sense to me.

my halo wars definitive edition does not download and asks me to re purchase halo wars 2 please send me my code for me to get halo wars definitive edition.

 

Never received Halo Wars: Definitive Edition code

I havent yet received my Halo Wars Definitive Edition code, and i bought Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition 17th of February

 

the codes aren't automatically generated when your turn comes up in the code waves you will get your codes now if you only recently ordered it you must wait your 10 days

 

I said in my post that I've waited the 10 days. Please don't reply with useless information I clearly already know. Thanks.
