    Halo Wars Definitive Edition Code is Late


    My gamertag is and I was told to come here by support (Kevin M.). I read that anyone who ordered Halo Wars PE before December 13 should have received their promo code yesterday. I have yet to receive mine and mine was ordered Dec 2. Is there
    a way you can manually send the code?

    Haven't received DL code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition

    I preordered the Ultimate Edition of Halo Wars 2 on Jan 12, and still haven't received my DL code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition 11 days later. Please advise.

    It says on Halo Waypoint anyone that bought it before the 14th gets Halo Wars DE on the 20th.

    Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition Pre-Order     page:



    The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016



    So if you don't have your code after waiting 10 days, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.
